Movement for Life’s free Masterclass is an opportunity to experience the power and wisdom of your own body. This is about using your own inner compass to feel more inner freedom and clarity, more energy and taste the wonder of taking responsibility towards ourselves, making us the creator of our own life. This Masterclass will be an introduction to our 1-year certificated training.
This Masterclass is designed to help you connect with your body and understand the power of embodiment. Within these 3 hours, you will learn various techniques and practices to help you cultivate a deeper connection with and within your body. You will also learn some techniques for using your body as a tool for healing, transformation and personal growth.
